Brief introduction

Cellulose fiber is organic fiber made from natural wood by chemical treatment, mainly used in pavement and building mortar. It is an indispensable white or off white cottony stabilizer.

Application Performance

Cellulose fiber easy to disperse and form a three-dimensional structure. It can absorb 5-8 times weight of water. This structure and feature will improve workability of the material, operational performance and anti-sliding performance, speed up the construction. Cellulose fiber dimensional stability and thermal stability play a very good thermal insulation and crack resistance in the insulation material. The transmission function of Cellulose fiber allow the slurry and base course adequate hydration,thereby increasing the surface strength, bonding strength and uniformity of materials.

1, Cellulose fiber does not dissolve in water, weak acid and alkaline solution. With a neutral PH value, cellulose fiber could improve resistance to corrosion.
2, Benefit from it’s small specific gravity and large specific surface area, cellulose fiber endow the material excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation and air permeability. 
3, Cellulose fiber has excellent flexibility and dispersibility. In combination with other materials to form a three-dimensional structure. This structure enhance the support and durability, improve the stability, strength, compactness and uniformity of the construction system.
4, The structured viscous of Cellulose fiber keep the uniformity of pre-processed slurry (wet or dry material) undisturbed and stable. It reduce the contraction and expansion of the construction system, so that greatly improve the accuracy of construction or preformed unit.
5, Cellulose fiber has a strong freeze-proofing and thermal insulation. The material could keep the other side be insulated for few days in 150℃, dozens of hours in 200℃ and even hours in 220℃.
