The company has established the 'Baoding Redispersible Polymer Powder Technology Innovation Center,' which is equipped with state-of-the-art research and development equipment and instruments which include one centrifugal pilot test line, one centrifugal/tri-fluid pilot test line, and one two-fluid/centrifugal spray pilot test line. These facilities strongly support the full-process R&D work ranging from basic and applied research to product development. Furthermore, the company has cooperated with 'Hebei University' to establish the 'Hebei University Industry-University-Research Cooperation Base,' fully integrating resources from all parties to enhance its R&D capabilities.Currently, the company has 13 authorized patents and 16 patents under application. These patented technologies are widely applied in the company's products and services, greatly improving product performance and competitiveness.
Quality control lab
The quality control lab takes strict standardization management and technological innovation as its core, and runs through the entire process of quality control of raw materials, production, and finished products. Its quality control system relies on advanced laboratory resources and a comprehensive management system to ensure stable product performance. The quality control lab strictly implements the ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system, and achieves automated collection and analysis of testing data through digital equipment and lean management systems to ensure that products comply with international standards such as REACH, GHS, and environmental requirements.
Application Lab
Mainly responsible for the research and development of RDP application in dry mixed mortar and customer technical support. According to the needs of distributors and mortar factories, customized formula performance research, carry our on-site resolution of technical issues for customers, providing mortar application technology training, and helping customers use RDP reasonably and efficiently.
